I assume that you are already quite slim but still want to reduce weight. Most probably you have been following a diet program. Now its our normal body mechanism that we adapt to any diet plan/workout regimen pretty quickly over time. This is the main reason why some weight loss programs which seem to be working good initially, fail to work efficiently later on. Whenever your body gets adapted to a particular situation, it dosen't respond well to even stricter diet plans so as to maintain the integrity of bodily mechanisms.
